The inscription on the back reads,
"Souvenir de Rome
Béni par N. S. Père
Le pape Léon XIII.
Le 15 Avril 1891"
which translates into English as:
"Souvenir from Rome
Blessed by Our Holy Father
Pope Leo XIII
April 15, 1891"
