About the Item

This dreamlike composition explores perception and reflection — both literal and inner. A resting figure drifts through flowing waves of turquoise and indigo colors, her hair is merging with cosmic streams of light. From above, a shadowed hand reaches toward her, holding a mirror that reveals a single, watchful eye — a symbol of awareness within the dream. Delicate white patterns unfold across her chest like lace or constellations, contrasting with the deep, star-filled background. The mix of soft pastels and luminous acrylic creates depth, movement, and a quiet sense of mystery. With its contemplative and slightly surreal mood, this work would suit beautifully in a calm interior — a reading corner, a bedroom, or a space dedicated to rest and imagination. The piece would complement both classic and modern interiors — adding a poetic, contemplative note to the space. Its deep tones and luminous colors make it a striking focal point in a living room, library, hall or bedroom. The painted edges allow the piece to be displayed without a frame, though a dark floating frame would emphasize its depth and nocturnal tones.
