About the Item
KAMILA GRUSZECKA ( born in 1989 in Kielce) studied under prof. Leszek Misiak at the Faculty of Painting of the Academy of Fine Arts in Cracow. She received her diploma in 2014. She was shortlisted in the 13th edition of Hestia Artistic Journey Competition. Her practice encompasses painting, drawing and textiles. The art of Kamila Gruszecka is primarily based on depictions of female body. As the artist emphasises, women are both objects and subjects of her paintings. The body constitutes a sufficient vehicle for the expression of artist`s own reflections and anxieties tied to being a woman and a mother.

FRAME
The painting is not framed. One of the photos presented a visualisation of the frame.
SHIPMENT
The painting may arrive rolled in a strong tube or a box. Such a transport method is very safe for oversized works and provides lower shipping costs as well. Rolled works can be easily stretched by placing canvas onto wood stretcher bars and/or framed by a local framer upon arrival.
