About the Item
Italian painting from the first half of the 20th century. Oil on canvas painting depicting a game of cherubs with fruit, hide and seek, of excellent pictorial quality. Painting signed lower right (see photo) attributable to the painter Mattia Traverso (1885-1956), missing authentication. Artwork of large size and pleasant decoration, for antique dealers and collectors. Painting that develops horizontally, adorned with a carved and gilded wooden frame of beautiful decoration. In first patina, the painting is in good condition. Interior size H 97 x W 127 cm.
