Oil painting on panel by artist P. Fragiacomo, dating from the 1910s.
The work, titled "Sail," depicts a small sailboat in the middle of the sea with a figure on board seen from behind, a typical subject of his artistic production, as the artist was very fond of the landscapes of the Venetian lagoon.
The painting is executed with the artist's typical and recognizable textural brushstrokes, muted colors around blues, grays, and blues with orange highlights.
The work is signed in the lower right corner and also has a coeval Marconi frame in fir wood, carved and lacquered with gold filings.
There is a wood and white fabric passe-partout.
On the back is a numbered label referring to an exhibition and a label fragment from Galleria Geri in Milan.
