ROY GARGETT, 1931 - 2015
Joined the RAF in 1945 as a flying cadet and flew Tiger Moths. Later joined the Royal Observer Corps and developed his love of painting aircraft. Became resident artist at the Chatham Art Centre from 1989 - 2001.
