“Awakening” captures a moment of inner shift — when a sensation is not yet fully formed, but already present. This is not a depiction of bloom, but the beginning of movement: a first reaction, an inner impulse.
The flower form is presented in close-up to remove decorative qualities and focus on experience. Warm color transitions and gentle tension between elements create a sense of inner warmth that gradually becomes active. There is no gesture directed outward — only a process unfolding within.

In the series “State of Bloom,” the artist explores the phenomenon of inner sexuality — not as external attractiveness, but as a profound state that forms within a woman and transforms throughout her life.
The impulse for this series came from observing a focus group of women and from the artist’s own embodied experiences, which revealed different facets of this inner state.
She is interested in how sexuality appears differently at various stages of life.
In youth, it rises suddenly and vividly — a warm flash in the body, impulsive, curious, elusive.
A moment where curiosity, excitement, freedom, and the first touches of self-awareness merge.
In maturity, it takes on another character.
It becomes deeper, warmer, fuller.
Less chaos — more truth.
Fewer questions — more acceptance.
Sexuality no longer seeks external validation; it exists as a calm state of presence within one’s own body.
The artist translates this state into the language of the flower — a metaphor for feminine beauty and inner unfolding.
Here, the flower becomes a model of womanhood that opens only when it feels safety, trust, and connection with itself.
“State of Bloom” is a series about the inner light of sexuality — a light with its own age, its own language, and its own rhythm.
