“Inner Pearl” is part of the “Bloom of State” series, which explores the inner nature of feminine presence.
Here, the close-up of a flower is used as a tool to express internal sexuality — not externalized, but lived as warmth, self-connection, and a personal center. The form stops being a flower and becomes an image of an inner sensation.
The title highlights a value that belongs solely to the woman herself: intimate, calm, and mature. It refers to an inner resource that does not require display, yet defines the quality of her presence.series “State of Bloom”
In the series “State of Bloom,” the artist explores the phenomenon of inner sexuality — not as external attractiveness, but as a profound state that forms within a woman and transforms throughout her life.
The impulse for this series came from observing a focus group of women and from the artist’s own embodied experiences, which revealed different facets of this inner state.
She is interested in how sexuality appears differently at various stages of life.
In youth, it rises suddenly and vividly — a warm flash in the body, impulsive, curious, elusive.
A moment where curiosity, excitement, freedom, and the first touches of self-awareness merge.
In maturity, it takes on another character.
It becomes deeper, warmer, fuller.
Less chaos — more truth.
Fewer questions — more acceptance.
Sexuality no longer seeks external validation; it exists as a calm state of presence within one’s own body.
The artist translates this state into the language of the flower — a metaphor for feminine beauty and inner unfolding.
Here, the flower becomes a model of womanhood that opens only when it feels safety, trust, and connection with itself.
“State of Bloom” is a series about the inner light of sexuality — a light with its own age, its own language, and its own rhythm.
