PEDESTRIANS Size: 35 x 30 cm (including frame) Oil on board A small yet very impactful modernist street scene composition, executed in oil onto board. This composition presents a bustling street scene where pedestrians are walking amidst tall coloured buildings. Painted in a semi-abstract manner, the artist has used the expressive qualities of rich and saturated colour as well as energetic and textured brushstrokes to capture the liveliness of this scene. This oil on board is housed in a stunning deep-profiled cream frame that pairs wonderfully with the painting. Both painting and frame are in excellent vintage condition.
