Stream Landscape in Oil on Canvas
Beautiful oil landscape painting of the Santa Cruz Mountains by Santa Cruz, California artist Ann Fuson (American, 1926-2001). The viewer stands at the edge of a small stream, with a few trees hanging over the water. At the far edge of the water, part of the mountain rises dramatically towards the blue sky.
Signed "A. Fuson" lower left.
Unframed.
Canvas size: 20"H x 16"W.
Ann Fuson presented “Calla Lilies” in June Santa Cruz Art League exhibit in 1952, exhibited during National Art Week in 1952, and in group show at Santa Cruz Woman’s Club 1963. Her husband was also a well know artist.
