Anthony (Tony) Muscat is a Redwood city artist originally from Malta, a graduate of the School of Fine Arts on the Island of Malta and of Bennet College in England. His works include realistic florals and seascapes done in oils and water color. Society of Western Artists and past president of Sequoia Art Group.
