Arnolds Pankoks (born 1914.21.IX - 2008.) Graduated Art Academy of Latvia (1937 – 43, 1945 – 47) with diploma work "Restoration of the Daugava bank" by G. Eliass guidance. Artist was a teacher in Liepaja school of applied arts (1947 – 50) and also worked in portrait workshop at combine “Maksla”. A. Pankoks took part in exhibitions since 1949. Solo exhibitions was in Riga (1968, 1975, 1980 – 87 (every year), 1990, 1994), Sinole and Mezotne (1976), Sauriesi (1984), Ainazi (1985, 1989), Janmuiza (1986), Ligatne and Ikskile (1987), Toronto, Canada (1991).
