Carolyn Faught Armstrong (born 1910) was an American painter and educator based in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, recognized for her contributions to mid-20th-century American art. Her artistic achievements are characterized by a focus on figurative subjects, mythological themes, and professional instruction in the arts.
She was a graduate of the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts.
Established Painter and Educator: Active primarily in the postwar era, she built a career as both a professional painter and a teacher of art. Her teaching influenced a generation of artists in her region.
