Charles Parisod (1891–1943) was a Swiss painter active during the first half of the twentieth century, known primarily for his landscapes of the Lake Geneva region and the Alpine environments of the canton of Vaud. His work frequently depicts the tranquil shores of Lake Léman, the vineyards and villages of Lavaux, and the surrounding mountain ranges, including scenes of Les Diablerets. Many of his compositions capture atmospheric light, serene waters, and the characteristic architecture of the region, reflecting a strong attachment to the Swiss landscape.
A significant portion of his known production dates from the 1920s and early 1930s, with numerous works signed and dated during this period.
