Vintage Paris Cityscape by French artist, Dominique Tortes, signed in the lower left corner. An attractive, busy cityscape with a colourful array of people walking down a Parisien Boulevard. The Basilique du Sacré-Cœur de Montmartre is on the left of the painting,looming in the dull wet sky and this pretty scene amply displays a scene from the 1800's.
