About the Item
Havana, Cuba - They say for every building they manage to save and renovate in Havana, ten others fall down. It is a daunting task trying to re-build and entire city after so many years of neglect. Along the Malecon, part of which has been declared a UNESCO site, they are trying to at least keep the antique, colonial facades. To do this, a lot of street are blocked off and become piles of rubble…and many for a long time. And here is one of them – quiet with a bit of orange.
