Woodlawn Ave in Chicago, ILL" by EC Nieman and dated 1950. It depicts a Walgreen's Drug Store, a horse pulling a milk truck, a news stand, numerous cars and pedestrians on this busy Chicago corner. This painting is not framed. It measures 36 1/4" x 20" on a heavy weave canvas and is signed E.C. Nieman and dated on the reverse. The painting comes from the notable Friedlander Collection of Chicago.
