A Fine depiction of a 20th-century tonalist oil landscape by American artist Georgina Nemethy. A serene river scene with dramatic mountains in the background, lush trees, and other flora linings on the riverbanks. Two small figures and a canoe are also visible by the water's edge. For this wonderful depiction, Nemethy uses a Fine technique which depicts the figures and the canoe in a miniature way. With joyful colors, this piece is bright and peaceful. Signed lower left and comes housed in a beautiful antique wood frame. Ready to hang with wire on verso.
