Author Simó Busom (Barcelona- Spain 1927-2020), a landscape painter, trained at the Baixas Academy. He began with watercolors, and from an initial figurative art, influenced by the work of the Catalan artist Ramon Rogent, he evolved towards post-cubism and finally returned to figurative art.
