Notably, Parker appears to have never exhibited at the major national art institutions in England during his lifetime — an unusual omission for a painter of his calibre.
Nonetheless, his works have remained active in the art market and are held in various public collections, including the Hartlepool Museum, Haworth Art Gallery, Middlesbrough Institute of Modern Art, University of Oxford, the Williamson Art Gallery, and several international institutions.
