California Rocky Cove - Pacific Coast Seascape in Oil on Canva
Gorgeous seascape of Big Sur coast by California artist Kathleen Murray (American, b. 1958). The brilliant blue Pacific rolls in to a small cove, with rocks along one edge and a beach in the remaining portion. Beyond the rocks is a strip of green land, with a dense forest of cypress trees behind it. Kathleen is currently exhibiting in Carmel, California Galleries.

Kathleen Murray (American, b. 1958) was born in Los Angeles, California. In the early 1970s, Murray spent three years in Europe studying art and languages at the American School in Switzerland (TASIS) and a year in Italy at St. Michael's School outside Florence. She resides in the Monterey Bay where she is well known for her deeply saturated and textured oil seascapes and landscapes of Carmel, Big Sur, and surrounding Coastal areas.
