Vibrant miniature landscape by Kathleen Murray (American, (American, b. 1958). Signed "MURRAY" in the lower left corner, but it is very difficult to read due to the color. "#12 The Landing" and "Kathleen Murray" are written on verso. No frame.
Kathleen Murray (American, b. 1958) was born in Los Angeles, California. In the early 1970s, Murray spent three years in Europe studying art and languages at the American School in Switzerland (TASIS) and a year in Italy at St. Michael's School outside Florence.
She resides in the Monterey Bay where she is well known for her deeply saturated and textured oil seascapes and landscapes of Carmel, Big Sur, and surrounding Coastal areas.
