Born in California on Jan. 25, 1874. Edwards settled in Los Angeles in 1889. He was active there both as an artist and a newspaper publisher. In his leisure he made painting forays into the desert area around Palm Springs and the high Sierra. Edwards died in Los Angeles on April 27, 1954. Member: Calif. Art Club; Painters
