Lynn Bogue Hunt (1878-1960) is a well-respected illustrator and painter of wildlife and landscapes. Though born in NY, he spent his childhood in Albion, Michigan from age 12. After studies at Albion College and a stint at the Detroit Free Press, he moved back to New York City in 1903. Fernand Maissen Oil on Panel Painting Depicting a Setter Hunting a River Mallard
Located in Atlanta, GA
A French oil on panel painting by Fernand Maissen from the early 20th century, depicting a sporting dog hunting a duck. Created in the early years of the 20th century by French artist Fernand Maissen, this horizontal oil on panel painting depicts a hunting scene.
