Masri’s "Silent Horizon" is a serene and contemplative landscape. Soft tones of celadon, ochre, and muted rust dissolve into one another, evoking a distant landscape enveloped in morning mist. This meditative work captures the essence of silence and open space, offering a visual sanctuary of calm. Silent Horizon brings an elegant tranquility to any modern interior or curated collection of contemporary fine art.
About the Artist:
Masri is a passionate Italian, US-based artist whose work has been exhibited in the USA, the UK, Germany, Lebanon, Italy, and Norway. His work is varied and is especially known in Europe and in major collections, featuring notable clients such as Ellen DeGeneres, Al Gore, and many more. Harnessing an insatiable desire for artistic discovery, innovation, and perfection, he dives into experimentation with openness and enthusiasm. As a result, his works are bright, expansive, and bold. Masri has developed a style that captures the Middle Eastern mood with a Lucien Freud brush touch. This style is completed with palette work, as the artist often goes into a trance-like state when creating these powerful expressions of the human experience.
Artist statement:
"I live four seasons every day - it is a humongous world of perceptions, conceptions, and achievements; a world of renewable psychological input and output fraught with flowing emotions, endurance, and pain. "
The painting comes with a certificate of authenticity and a letter of appraisal.

Masri Hayssam
Masri Hayssam is an Italian Lebanese artist who was born in Tripoli-Lebanon. He moved to Italy in 1990 after experiencing the bloody civil war that lasted fifteen years. He studied architectural design in Lebanon and later studied privately calligraphy. In 1993, he completed his studies at the Art Institute of Florence, specializing in Professional Art, Advertising, and Photography. He also took a course in Drawing, Incision, and History of Art at the Academy of Art Florence. Since finishing his studies, he has worked as a full-time artist in his studio in Florence. Masri Hayssam's works can be divided into different periods and different series of works. His insatiable and agonizing feeling of unexpressed great potential inside of him is not fulfilled by the versatility in his work. He often feels that it needs to explode and express itself in different domains. He is always on the move discovering something artistically new and impressive; something significant with an eye-opening impact on the human psyche; something that does not let monotony and rote repetition take hold of his soul and the flow of his thoughts. Hayssam's solo exhibitions include Mary Tomas Gallery-Dallas, Texas (2016), Artifact gallery-New York (2015), University of Balamand – Faces and Stories-Lebanon (2014), Beirut Arab University- Beirut-Lebanon (2013), Which Gate? Hayssam's art reflects his multicultural background, blending Middle Eastern and European influences with abstract and figurative elements. His work often explores the relationship between the natural and the artificial, the tangible and the intangible, and the visible and the invisible. Masri Hayssam's artistic journey is a testament to his commitment to self-expression and exploration. He is a master of paintings of the raw human condition.

This abstract by Masri features a dynamic interplay of atmospheric blues, muted greens, and soft golden tones, applied in expressive, gestural brushstrokes. The composition suggests movement and depth, with layered passages that evoke shifting light and a sense of quiet momentum. The painting balances energy and restraint, inviting sustained visual engagement while remaining open to interpretation. A refined example of Masri’s abstract language, the work lends itself well to both contemporary and transitional interiors.
