About the Item
This artwork beautifully captures a serene coastal scene, depicting a cluster of houses perched on rugged cliffs above a tranquil sea. The brushwork is expressive, layering textures to mimic the rocky terrain and the fluidity of the water below. The color palette is a harmonious blend of soft pinks, cool blues, and muted grays, suggesting a scene at dawn or dusk. The sky, a tapestry of swirling colors, adds depth and movement, subtly reflecting the peaceful waters. The houses, rendered in stark whites, appear isolated yet resilient against the vast seascape, evoking a sense of solitude and calm. This painting skillfully balances realism with impressionistic elements, inviting the viewer to immerse themselves in the tranquil beauty of a coastal landscape. The artwork’s unique interplay of light and texture highlights the artist’s adept handling of mood and atmosphere.

Born in Oryol in 1967 in Russia. Being an artist has been a dream since childhood. At the age of 10, I went to an art school, and then continued my education at an art college, and then at the Faculty of Applied Arts of the Textile Academy. Good academic training and at the same time a decorative and applied bias in higher education. As an artist, it laid a very good foundation.Despite the fact that I worked as an interior designer for many years, the dream of devoting myself only to painting did not leave. And this has happened since 2005. It was a step of faith towards a dream. And the more I worked and delved into painting, the more she realized that this is my path. "Painting is my passion, my method of understanding the world, my self-expression, my air that I breathe."
For me , it is important that the works resonate with the audience, and she is happy that hundreds of her works have been bought by collectors around the world and are successfully sold on the world's largest auctions, such as Christie's . My art is primarily addressed to feelings and emotions. When I start a new series or a new painting, I myself expect magic. I am always interested in where this path that I have embarked on will lead. For me , the atmosphere, immersion and aftertaste are much more important than the narrative plot. The artist always tries to dive deeper into the image, for me it is important to convey emotions first of all, which will lead the viewer to think. I consider experimentation and the search for new artistic forms to be a very important aspect of creativity. The artist experiments a lot with different media and various techniques, which I often come up with myself. I am a participant in dozens of different exhibitions and international projects. My paintings have repeatedly won international art competitions.

"Trostyanets" is a captivating oil painting that beautifully captures the essence of a serene landscape. The scene unfolds with a meandering river flowing gracefully through a lush forest, inviting the viewer to embark on a visual journey through nature's wonders. The artist has expertly blended vibrant shades of yellow and green to depict the forest, creating a harmonious balance between the two dominant colors. The forest exudes a sense of tranquility and vitality, with its dense foliage and towering trees that stretch towards the sky. The sunlight filters through the canopy, casting dappled shadows on the forest floor, adding depth and dimension to the composition. The river takes center stage, winding its way through the forest like a gentle ribbon of life. Its meandering path adds a sense of rhythm and movement to the painting, drawing the eye further into the scene. The artist has masterfully captured the play of light on the water's surface, reflecting the surrounding forest and sky, giving the river a shimmering and ethereal quality. The sky, painted in a gray-blue hue, complements the vibrant colors of the forest below. It sets the mood of the painting, evoking a sense of calmness and tranquility. The subtle variations of blue and gray convey a serene atmosphere, suggesting a peaceful day amidst nature's embrace. Overall, "Trostyanets" is a captivating oil painting that transports the viewer into a picturesque landscape. With its skillful use of colors, textures, and composition, the artist successfully captures the timeless beauty and serenity of nature, inviting the viewer to immerse themselves in the enchanting scenery.
