This Hawaiian woman artist exhibited with success in the 1960s and 1970s and was the recipient of numerous prizes and awards including from the Association of Honolulu Artists.
The photo shows the artist being congratulated by actor Vincent Price after her oil painting, titled “Intrigue,” won first prize at the 1974 Association of Honolulu Artists Show for which Price served as one of the judges; (courtesy of the Honolulu Advertiser).
