Born in Lancashire in 1979, Rebecca went through her school-life painting and drawing landscapes. Gaining a BA (Hons) in Surface Pattern, and an MA in Ceramics gave her a deep understanding of texture and colour that has become an intrinsic feature of her work as a professional painter.
Rebecca Ann Wilmer has evolved into one of the most prolific painters of the Ribble Valley
Lake District. With a remarkable natural talent and a true creative spirit, her beautiful landscapes offer a refreshing perspective on contemporary representative painting.
