About the Item
I am pretty sure this is by the architect and artist Elmer Grey. He was a famous architect in Los Angeles and also an artist he mostly signed with his full name but the way the last name is written and the date 44 looks almost identical to his signature and dating. The painting is professionally framed and matted and is an excellent condition. The colors look like they’re as vibrant as the day they were painted.
