George A Newman: 1875-1965. Well listed Pennsylvania artist with auction records over $3000. He studied at PAFA. This piece is oil on canvas with 3 small tears that could be easily patched although it still looks great as is. Without these this would be a 3 to 4 thousand dollar painting.
