This impressive mid-century landscape captures the serene beauty of the Netherlands, water-rich and dotted with windmills. Well presented in an ornate gilt effect frame with swept rails and elaborate shell and acanthus mouldings. Signed 'H. Spetter' to the lower right. On canvas on stretchers.
