This is really well painted impressionist view of Santa margharita Ligure. It is a 16th century Fortress Castle in Italy. The painting is signed lower left and in the back. It is also dated and titled I cannot find anything on the artist, but he was obviously very skilled with his broken brush impressionist technique.
