R.VINCENT (Pseudonym for the Artist Vincent RALLO) made his first drawing at the age of 7. His passion for painting never left him. He perfected his skills at the School of Fine Arts in La Seyne sur mer and School of Fine Arts of Toulon with further studies in Paris. He has enjoyed a successful career winning numerous first prizes in painting in cities such as La Garde, La Seyne sur Mer, Toulon, Brignoles, Ollioules, Belgentier, Sollies-Ville, Le Pradet and Bandol.
