Wilhelm Julius August Nabert (1830-1904) was a German landscape painter of the Düsseldorf School. He was born on September 15, 1830, in Braunschweig and died in Düsseldorf in 1904.
Nabert initially learned a trade and simultaneously attended drawing and painting courses with Heinrich Brandes at the Collegium Carolinum in Braunschweig. From 1856, he studied at the Düsseldorf Art Academy under Hans Fredrik Gude.
From 1858 to 1861, he lived in Karlsruhe and taught in Braunschweig from 1863 to 1865. His works, mainly forest and mountain landscapes, were shown in various exhibitions in German cities such as Berlin, Bremen, Hamburg, and Hanover.

Düsseldorf and worked as a teacher in Braunschweig from 1863 to 1865.
He was a student of H. Brandes, Gude, and Lessing in Düsseldorf.
He was represented at many major German exhibitions.
