About the Item
William George Meadows (1825 - 1901). A painter of colourful Venetian scenes, and some stable views. He was the son of James Meadows and brother to Arthur, Edwin and James, all artists. He exhibited at the Royal Hibernian Academy in Dublin and is in many collections.
Signed Oil on Canvas.
