This art-work the part of project "Another skin".
The paint is made in the author's technique of painting by Vasili Zianko based acrylic painting on canvas using a variety of textures, washes, the finest glazing, volumetric contours.
The Lily flower is a symbol of the purity, royalty, pride and nobility. Jewish legend says that a Lily flower grew in paradise during the Eve's temptation by the devil and could be defiled, but no dirty hand dared to touch it. About red Lily flower says that it changed color at the night before Christ's suffering on the cross. All flowers bowed their heads in front of Savior as a sign of compassion and sorrow when Christ passed through the Gethsemane Garden, except of Lily flower. It wanted him to enjoyed by its beauty and pride. But the suffering gaze of Christ fell on the Lily flower and shame blush spread over its petals beacuse of His humility and remained on the Lily flower forever.
Vasili Zianko was born in 1977,Belarus.2006 Graduated from Belarusian State Academy of Arts.Since 2019 - Chairman of the monumental art section Belarusian Artist Union.Authors pieces are original view of interaction humanity and nature.Personal technique is based on painting with acrylic on canvas with different textures, thinnest glazing, volumetric outlines.Since 1995 participates regional and international exhibitions. Conducted more than 10 personal projects in Minsk ,Warshaw, Vienna, Vitebsk, Moscow, Paris.In 2018 ”And by feeling to see..." unique art-project for blind and visually impaired people had started, it is the first inclusive art-project and important step to creating bounderless environment in Belarus.Creative background of the artist includes major monumental projects in Belarus also.Zianko's art-works belong to Contemporary Art collections of National Art Museum of Belarus, National Modern Arts Museum of Belarus and others., Museum of Russian Art (New York, USA) and private collections of Austria, Belarus, Germany, USA, Norway, Russia, Poland,Turkey, France.
