Woman Washing Clothes In The River, 17th Century circle of Francesco GUARDI (1712-1793) Fine large Italian Old Master landscape view of figures in a river landscape, oil on canvas. Stunning panoramic view of the river landscape with fluid figures working in the undulations of the hilly river landscape all set beneath a cloudy white and azure blue sky. Excellent condition for its age, distinctly similar to Guardi''s unique painting style that would influence other painters from the period and pre-emptive of impressionism nearly 200 years later with its fluid style and movement. Framed. Measurements: 35.5" x 18.5" framed
