Large 17th/18th Century Italian Old Master of depicting an Angel playing the mandolin, oil on panel. Excellent quality and condition devotional work derived from the Early Renaissance fresco of musician angels at the Basilica Dei Santi Apostoli, Rome by Da Forli. Presented in a gilt and ebonised ripple frame. Minor bowing to panel with supportive baton verso. Unsigned
