Created on assignment for De Beers' highly published A Diamond is Forever" campaign. "A love by the stars was important. Until the right man of the wrong sign put his star on my finger. Sad news of the recent passing of Kim Simmonds, a great artist, guitarist, Rock and Blues Legend and founding member of Savoy Brown. Kim was a long-time friend who will be missed by fans and all that loved him and his music worldwide. Kim would always sign his paintings before he was ready to ship them. At the time of his passing Kim had paintings in his studio that were not yet signed. This is one of those paintings.
