With this piece I wanted to capture a combination between traditional still life painting represented by the half peeled lemon, and the unusual: the Ravello bottle. I love the design on the bottle and the curl of the lemon skin and cast shadow. This painting is on masonite and will need a frame for display.

Jose paints out of his Los Angeles area apartment, where he also enjoys playing the keyboard and reading art books.
