About the Item
This artwork exudes a strikingly vibrant elegance, showcasing a mesmerizing still life arrangement. Dominating the composition is a large, radiant sunflower, its warm yellow petals unfurling like rays of sunlight, ensconced at the heart of the bouquet. Elevated by its lush green stem, it captivates the viewer's attention against a backdrop of diverse floral companions. Interwoven among the sunflower's presence are various blossoms, including soft pink lilies and clusters of delicate, white flowers, each contributing to the tapestry of textures and hues. Purple blooms add depth and contrast, enhancing the rich visual interplay of colors. The nuanced variations in petal shape and color create a dynamic harmony within the arrangement. These flowers are presented in an ornate vase adorned with intricate blue and white patterns, reminiscent of classic porcelain designs. The vase's designs add an element of timeless sophistication, grounding the vibrant bouquet in tradition and elegance. The background features a subtle, patterned wallpaper, offering a vintage aesthetic that complements the floral arrangement without overwhelming it. The careful blending of the backdrop's muted tones with the vivid colors of the flowers amplifies the artwork's captivating allure. This piece's refined composition and masterful use of color and form make it a compelling celebration of natural beauty, expertly balancing boldness with grace.

Born in Oryol in 1967 in Russia. Being an artist has been a dream since childhood. At the age of 10, went to an art school, and then continued my education at an art college, and then at the Faculty of Applied Arts of the Textile Academy. Good academic training and at the same time a decorative and applied bias in higher education. As an artist, it laid a very good foundation.Despite the fact that I worked as an interior designer for many years, the dream of devoting myself only to painting did not leave. And this has happened since 2005. It was a step of faith towards a dream. And the more I worked and delved into painting, the more she realized that this is my path. "Painting is my passion, my method of understanding the world, my self-expression, my air that I breathe."
For me , it is important that the works resonate with the audience, and she is happy that hundreds of her works have been bought by collectors around the world and are successfully sold on the world's largest auctions, such as Christie's . My art is primarily addressed to feelings and emotions. When I start a new series or a new painting, I myself expect magic. I am always interested in where this path that I have embarked on will lead. For me , the atmosphere, immersion and aftertaste are much more important than the narrative plot. The artist always tries to dive deeper into the image, for me it is important to convey emotions first of all, which will lead the viewer to think. I consider experimentation and the search for new artistic forms to be a very important aspect of creativity. The artist experiments a lot with different media and various techniques, which I often come up with myself. I am a participant in dozens of different exhibitions and international projects. My paintings have repeatedly won international art competitions.

Frameless.
This striking piece by Natalia Pankova, a renowned contemporary Russian painter, captures the energy and vitality of a sunflower bouquet in her signature expressionist style. Pankova uses a vibrant palette and dynamic brushstrokes, creating a powerful balance between structure and emotion.
The artist draws clear inspiration from masters such as Vincent van Gogh, whose use of color and expressive approach to still life revolutionized the art world, and Paul Cézanne, celebrated for his structural and geometric treatment of still life. Additionally, echoes of Wassily Kandinsky's expressionism can be seen, particularly in the harmonious interplay of shapes and colors.
