About the Item
A unique pair of vintage herbarium / botanical displays collected and created by S. Lindwald in June 1946 in Sweden. These botanical specimen are preserved behind glass in a new double sided glass frame. The pressed botanical sheets showcases the beauty of Scandinavian flora, with original handwritten labels in Swedish that adds to its authenticity. The plant and flower heads is meticulously and beautifully preserved, and the herbariums are in excellent condition.
The frame, crafted from pine wood, is specifically designed to give a mid-century modern feel to the botanical displays. The herbarium sheets are mounted in between two layers of glass, to add a modern transparent and floating feel. Arrives ready to hang.
A unique piece adds an elegant touch to any home interior.
