A charming oil on panel by the Impressionist painter Henri Louis-Ph. Leroux (1872-1942). The composition depicts a lavish dining room interior with a white ceramic horse positioned as the focal point, on a highly polished wooden table. The oil has been further enhanced by a chunky and distressed-looking wooden frame of square proportions. Signed to the lower left.
