For Dobrowner, these swirling skies and monolithic mountains inspire reverence and respect for our vast, wondrous, and sometimes perilous planet. While photographing, Dobrowner keeps the words of Edward Abbey as a kind of mantra: “Our job is to record, each in his own way, this world of light and shadow and time that will never come again exactly as it is today.” A modern master printer, Dobrowner’s work is well-seated as a contemporary member of a long and honored line of American landscape photographers.
Note that the 14x20" size and 20x30" size are part of one collective edition of 50. No more than 50 prints total will be made of this image.
