Geoff Halpin has been a designer/illustrator for more than 50 years, working on record covers, package design, corporate identity and advertising campaigns, where his specialism and passion for logo, type design and photographic illustration led him to work with most of the important design companies and advertising agencies. His work has won many prestigious design awards. He is often invited to judge design awards and to speak at design colleges. Geoff worked as an independent designer in the music industry for most of his early career, joining Lewis Moberly before co-founding Halpin Grey Vermeir. More recently he was a creative director at Identical. Then resumed working as an independant designer for clients in London, New York and Singapore. Throughout his career he has experimented with photograhic illustration, sometimes commissions for record covers or magazines, sometimes personal projects.
