Follow the rainbow flags, and it will lead you to the famous Gay Beach on Miami Beach. Beyond the couples in the foreground, we see a packed scene of engaged in-shape men in bathing suits. Hovering above the beach, a cumulus cloud formation echoes the packed formation of humans, enhancing the dialogue between human to human and human to heaven. Is nature saying this is a heavenly place?
This archival color photograph by fine art photographer Mitchell Funk is signed, dated and numbered 3/15, lower right recto. Other sizes are available and the fine art photograph is unframed and printed later. Printed on Hahnemühle Fine Art paper

Mitchell Funk
Mitchell Funk is a pioneer of color photography. In 1970, he participated in one of the first color photography shows at the Brooklyn Museum titled “Images en Couleur." In 1971, he was included in the visionary books Frontiers of Photography and Color (Life Library of Photography), both published by Time-Life. He has done more than 50 photography magazine covers, including covers for Newsweek and Life.
