Notably, Barrow's extensive travels through Greek mountain villages culminated in the publication of her seminal work, "Wreath of Dreams: Visions of Greek Villages" in 1992. Her keen eye for detail and cultural nuances has been recognized in publications like Gardner’s Art Through the Ages and Architectural Digest, where her images of Greek relics have been featured prominently.
Beyond photography, Barrow's artistic pursuits have extended into the realm of film, where she has lent her talents as a stills photographer to notable projects such as the Sundance Institute-funded film "Stay Until Tomorrow." Currently, she is engaged in the production of a film starring Blythe Danner, further showcasing her multifaceted creativity.
