This set of two are hand painted limited edition on Giclee, made of the best quality of aluminium and 80% of the painting is hand painted and finishing with original paints and hand varnished by artist Shizico Yi.

About the paintings:
This set of paintings included Magic Bells and Blue Roses; these are a part of her Sunlit Series where golden yellow embraces the beauty of flora where Shizico explores forms, layers, and time on canvas.
Shizico applied layers to create narratives, capturing the play of light across different moments of the day over many days. She has captured light's nuances throughout the days, condensed 100s of hours into one moment on each canvas.
Magic Bell blooms from late winter through spring into summer, which brings the chilly months with flora splendour inside her studio, then come the roses in late spring, flower into early autumn; these two flowers bloom one after another across the best part of 2/3 of the year, symbolise longevity and abundance.
With her unique, confident and expressive brushstrokes, Yi captured the essence of her garden flowers with an enchanting charm brings these paintings beyond mere botanical representation.
This series invites viewers to journey through time as shizico explores how light shapes our experiences, growth and seasons.
Notes:
You can hang the pair together side by side to make huge impact or separated the two paintings on different walls to bring spaces together.

you can also display them separately in a space, punctuate these paintings between walls to create a visual narrative bringing spaces together.

About the Artist
Dr. Shizico Yi is a UK artist working on installations, films and paintings; the documentary nature of her work often concerns about the loss, repetition, the everyday subject and memories .
With design and film background, Shizico combines her interests making installation projects which relate to artist's personal life in relation to the society and human condition at large.
Shizico Yi holds a PhD in Fine Art awarded by UEL, UK 2017; she had completed a Master in Fine Art with a BA in Womenswear from UAL. London. She is also the Winner of Women Film Makers: Best Shorts Competition 2013 Los Angels. USA.
