Andre Beaudin
André Beaudin (1895-1979) was a French painter and sculptor known for his distinctive contributions to modern art. Born in Mennecy, France, Beaudin studied at the École des Beaux-Arts in Paris. Initially influenced by Cubism, Beaudin developed a unique style characterized by simplified forms and geometric abstraction. He often depicted still lifes, nudes, and landscapes with a poetic and lyrical quality, using a subdued color palette and refined compositions. Beaudin's work evolved over time, incorporating elements of Surrealism and Abstract Expressionism while maintaining his focus on structure and balance.
