A bemused elephant performs for an audience of birds and monkeys who seem unimpressed in this slightly surreeal image. The animal presence is in Seyedin's work provides an allegorical representation for mankind. Marjan has a contemporary and poetic reinterpretation of classical engraving techniques, mostly etching, aquatint and drypoint.
